Goal Card is a software tool that enables Generation Y to responsibly and securely manage their money to achieve their goals, and it does it in the language they speak. It utilizes concepts from motivational psychology and proven game-based mechanics (gamification) to attract and keep users engaged.

The goal of the Facebook application is to motivate teens to set financial goals—such as buying a laptop—and save for them. Designed mainly for teens who use prepaid debit cards, the app allows users to track recent purchases, check their balances and earn cash rewards by taking finance quizzes, and playing mini games. Those rewards can be combined with additional money to purchase products from retailers like Amazon.com.
